A delicious recipe of cauliflower: saw it in a Bulgarian cafe!

Once my husband and I were vacationing in Bulgaria in the resort, and I had the opportunity to enjoy an appetizer of cauliflower. Always been indifferent to this vegetable until I tried it in this version. Since cauliflower has become my favorite dish, and the recipe I gently kept for 10 years.

How to make colored coustumierement
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 3/4 Cup flour
  • 1/2 Cup beer
  • 1 large egg
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil
