- ½ Cup strawberries (can be frozen)
- ½ Stalk rhubarb
- a handful of nettle
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- juice of 1 orange
- ½ Teaspoon poppy seeds
- ½ Teaspoon of hemp seeds
Place all the ingredients, except hemp seeds, in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
