Replace mayonnaise: the most unexpected recipe that I've met this year!

Who would have thought that from the usual and inexpensive product can make a real mayonnaise! Absolutely no eggs, so lean. Light, airy, low-calorie... This sauce can be used like a traditional store product in salads, snacks, as an addition to pierogi with potatoes or dumplings.

Now you know how to make mayonnaise at home from... beans! Yes, plain boiled beans plus a few ingredients, 10 minutes of time — and mind-blowing sauce is ready. Perfect for all who are watching their figure!

  • 200-300 ml of vegetable oil
  • 0,5 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard powder or prepared mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 50 ml of bean broth

Cooking
  1. Grind the boiled beans in a blender along with sugar, salt and mustard.

  2. Gradually doliva vegetable oil, continuing to whisk, add lemon juice or vinegar. To make the sauce not so thick, add bean broth.

  3. Homemade mayonnaise is ready! You can add more mustard to taste, as someone like that.

When my staff tried the mayonnaise from the beans, spread on bread, they decided that tasting hummus is a traditional Eastern snack of mashed chickpeas. You can change the consistency of vegetable homemade mayonnaise, to make it as thick and creamy: this slightly change the taste and there are new variations of the use of dressings in different dishes!

Various flavors may also be achieved by adding a dressing of garlic, fried onions, roasted peppers and roasted tomatoes, pine nuts, sesame, roasted mushrooms, fresh herbs — dill, parsley, Basil... Chopped in a blender, these products will add a velvety pasta spice and flavor. Choose any option and don't be afraid to experiment!

If you liked this analogue of the fatty mayonnaise, be sure to share your discovery with your friends! Before the holidays, this recipe is especially relevant.
