How to cook vegan burgers with chickpeas

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of boiled chickpeas

  • 1/2 Cup of canned or frozen corn

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro/Basil/parsley

  • Table 3. lies. chickpea flour

  • salt (Himalayan pink), asafoetida, h pepper, paprika, cumin seeds

  • oil for frying

How to prepare:

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind until smooth.

2. To form small patties (about 5 pieces).

3. Put on plate and leave in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

4. Then fry in a little oil until Golden brown (or bake in the oven).
