Ingredients for 4 servings:
150 g oyster
1 bunch green onions
3 different colored bell peppers
1 kg of potatoes
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 bunch fresh marjoram
Mushrooms coarsely chop. Onions, rinse, pat and cut into small rings. Wash peppers and cut into large chunks, removing the seeds. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and fry the potatoes. Add the mushrooms and onions, a little later - pepper. Season with salt, pepper and about 1/2 tablespoon sweet paprika. Stir in the tomato paste.
Pour 750 ml of water. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered for 20 minutes.
10 minutes until cooked, open the cover and season with marjoram leaves stew.
