Salmon with vegetable ragout and stuffed mushrooms

A simple and quick recipe. Salmon easily replaced with more affordable salmon and stuffed mushrooms – this is an ordinary mushrooms and cheap cheese.

What you need:

  • 2 salmon steak (you can substitute any red fish)
  • lemon
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • cream 10% fat

Vegetable stew:

  • cauliflower (can be frozen)
  • broccoli (can be frozen)
  • tomatoes
  • potatoes
  • bow
  • garlic
  • carrots
  • cheese
  • salt, pepper – to taste
Stuffed mushrooms:

  • mushrooms
  • cheese
  • cream
  • garlic
  • salt, pepper – to taste

How to prepare:

1. Salmon sprinkle with lemon juice, RUB with salt, pepper, drizzle with cream, wrap in foil and bake in the oven.

2. For the vegetable stew potatoes, chop coarsely, onion – medium cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater. In a frying pan with vegetable oil to lay down the potatoes, onions and carrots and sauté for 10-15 minutes. Then add coarsely chopped tomatoes and finely chopped garlic, saute for 5-10 minutes. Put broccoli florets and cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. At the end sprinkle with grated cheese, cover to melt cheese.
