Diet salad "Salmon on the coat". Perfection, perfection!

Specially for readers of "Site"diet "Coat", which is not recovered or per gram. A special combination of ingredients ensure a great taste even without the mayonnaise, which is usually filled salads! Like a traditional "Coat", but very seldom use it because of the bad sauce in the composition. So this recipe is a godsend, a sin not to prepare for the holidays...





Delicious salad with semwogerere
  • 150 g salted salmon, trout, salmon or pink salmon
  • 1 beet
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • half onion bulbs
  • 70 g of hard cheese
  • 30 g of sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • food film


Cooking
  1. RUB eggs and cheese on a large grater. Salmon cut into small cubes.


  2. Cover the bowl with a suitable shape with cling film. Lay out the first layer of red fish. On top of it — small chopped onion and fishnet sour cream.
  3. The next layer — grated egg, then sour cream. Further — grated carrots, then grated cheese and again with sour cream.
  4. The last layer — grated beets. Soy vegetables can be slightly prisolit at will.
  5. Place the container of salad in the fridge for a few hours for impregnation. Then turn the lettuce right in the foil on the dish, gently take it off, decorate green "Salmon on the coat" and give!
