Divergent 3D printed showed the supercar

The automaker showed Divergent 3D Blade Supercar — printed on 3D-printer car. The company predicts the transition to a new, environmentally friendly production in the automotive industry.In Los Angeles, the company demonstrated Divergent 3D car printed on a 3D printer. It's called the Blade and the Supercar can accelerate to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 2.2 seconds, and the engine power is 700 HP.





Supercar made of aluminum and carbon fiber. In the production of car was used in a safe and environmentally clean technology. As fuel can be used both gasoline and natural gas.

Printed on a 3D printer supercars are 90% lighter and stronger than conventional cars. Besides, on assurances of representatives of the company, they are safe for the environment. Blade Supercar debuted last summer, and Divergent 3D already then foreshadowed the transition to the new, environmentally friendly car production. This fall, the company signed a cooperation agreement with the automaker Peugeot.

This year she launched a competition Essence of Autonomy Challenge on the best ideas for printed vehicle.
