Autumn treat: dry jam of apples

Jam dry out the apples. You can even take with you for a snack!!! Apples are so rich and sweet!

Ingredients:

  • Apples — 1 kg;

  • sugar — 300 grams;

  • citric acid — 1 tea spoon;

  • cinnamon — 1 tsp.





How to prepare:

Wash apples, remove the core and cut them into wedges.

Lay them tightly on the tray.

Mix sugar with cinnamon and citric acid and pour this seven apples.

Dry the apples in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.

Spread parchment paper and sprinkle it with sugar, lay on it the apples and leave for another process to continue at room temperature for 2 days.

Store in a box or clean, dry jars.
