- 100 g of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 50 g butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over low heat, without boiling. Add the sugar and cocoa powder. Melt butter in a water bath, and add to the milk.
Stir and bring mixture to a boil. Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Pour the chocolate according to the forms and put in the fridge for a few hours to cool.
