Walking while talking on a mobile – helpful

A group of American scientists previously proved that short bursts of physical activity (30 minutes daily) in the same way that playing sports on a treadmill, help keep blood pressure and cholesterol in normal condition.



Also short-term physical activity prevents metabolic syndrome.

"We found that, in spite of all the recommendations of doctors to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, people don't have time for this. Because of this, we concluded that walking around the room or office during a phone conversation, will help a person to improve their health and keep fit," says Luke Shashank Joshi.
