Eating cheese reduces the risk of tooth decay

This product helps to maintain optimal pH levels, which significantly lowers the risk of caries.





This experiment involved nearly 70 people of different ages. Subjects were divided into two groups: the first group ispolzue yogurt without sugar, the second milk and the third cheese chedr. After each use of these products, scientists have measured the pH level in the mouth of the subjects every ten minutes.





In itogda found that people who consumed milk and yoghurt, the pH remained unchanged. But those who had eaten the cheese, the pH increased! It is known that the level of acid-alkaline balance must be at least 5.5, but such measures can protect tooth enamel from decay. If the pH level decreases, then the protection is reduced.
