Apple pie with roses

Treat yourself and your loved ones!





Ingredients for the dough:

  • 125 gr soft butter
  • 3 soup. spoon with the top of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sachets of vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 100 gr. ground almonds
  • 150 g flour (it took me almost 200 gr.)
Ingredients for cream

  • 400 ml of milk
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 vanilia
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 6 S. L. sugar
  • 4 S. L. flour with uppers
  • 5-6 Apple




Preparation:

Stir the butter, sugar, vanilla and zest, add the egg and almonds. Add the flour in a little bit. The dough should be soft.

Spread the dough in a baking pan with a diameter 22/24 see the Form, leave in the fridge until you prepare the cream.





For the cream mix the flour with the sugar, vanilla and zest. Add the yolks and a little milk. Stir until smooth consistency. Add the remaining milk and wine. Cook the cream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps and cool.

With a vegetable peeler cut the ribbon for the rose with the skins. Stacked Apple ribbon roses. Pour the cream on the dough, it rose. Glazirin rose heated jam or diluted with water marmalada that is at hand. Bake at 180 degrees in preheated oven until dough is baked and apples become Golden.
