Alcoholic hot chocolate with chilli

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate cocoa 70-80% — 100 g

Milk — 400 ml.

Vanilla pods 1 PC.

Chili pepper — 1 PC.

Cinnamon sticks — 1 PCs

Cognac — 20 ml.

Brown sugar — 15 g.

Preparation:

To break a chocolate bar into pieces and grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.

Cut chili pepper in half and clean from seeds.Vanilla is also cut lengthwise into 2 halves.

Take one half of a vanilla bean, chili and cinnamon and place in small bowl and pour the milk.

Heat the bowl with the ingredients until hot, but not boiling. Then add in milk chocolate, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

The chocolate should completely melt and the mixture to become homogeneous. Remove the spices. (The chili can be removed before the other spices, or to taste)

Add sugar and brandy to taste.

Hot chocolate is ready!
