Chips from Kale is a tasty and healthy treat

Ingredients:

Cabbage Kale 1 bunch
Olive oil 2 tbsp.
Chili powder ¼ tsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the thick stems from the cabbage leaves and wash them carefully. Tear the leaves into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the olive oil and salt, squeeze the garlic. Mix. Put one layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes.
