The best food is freshly cooked food
Remember what foods you ate in the last few days. It was not among your foods, long-cooked food or takeout? If so, then you have sacrificed energy and health for the sake of convenience, and thus refused your body in the important nutrients. This is because the long-cooked and industrial food lacks the freshness, as well as, according to Ayurveda, life energy. This food is so removed from the life-giving sources of nature that often brings a lethargy and apathy.
You should eat food no later than four to five hours after it was cooked, after this time any food will provide the body the lethargy and inertia. The best food is fresh food. All fresh products have the effect of the excitation energy, it is particularly useful to include in the diet fresh fruits and juices. As power generators are especially good carrot and beet.

How to cook young beets?
1. Trim the beet stems (if you have fresh beets), leaving 2 cm of foliage. This will help from leaking juice. Thoroughly rinse the beets from the ground.
2. Each tuber wrap in foil. Put the tubers on a baking sheet.
3. Bake in the oven in the upper part of the oven preheated to 180 C for 45 minutes or until beets are completely softened. To check the readiness of the beets just plug it in straight through the foil with a toothpick, if pierced easily, it means the beets are ready!
4. Peel the warm beets peeled, this is best done with gloves to avoid staining your fingers.
5. Now you can cut the beets and use for pie, salad, stew or soup.
RICE WITH BROCCOLI AND GARLIC
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Number of servings: 4
• 1 broccoli
• 2 large garlic cloves, minced
• 4 cups cooked dlinnozernogo white rice (or 2 cups unprepared)
• Olive oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp of ground chili, optional
Preparation:
1. Cook your rice according to the instructions on the package.
2. Until the rice is cooked, separate the broccoli florets from the stem (you can leave the stalk and cook something from it)
3. Wash broccoli, chop.
4. Grind a small portion of broccoli in a food processor to a state of crumbs.
5. Chop the garlic and then stir-fry in a wok in a little olive oil over low heat for 30 seconds.
6. When the garlic becomes Golden brown, add the broccoli and salt, stir and cook for five minutes.
7. Add in the cooked rice and mix well. published
