RECIPE MEATBALL POTATO

What you need:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tsp dried Provencal herbs (you can add those spices that you like)
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • flour or breadcrumbs – for breading
  • vegetable oil – for frying
How to cook zrazy potato:

1. Boil potatoes in their skins until tender, peel and grate on a fine grater.

2. Add the eggs, starch, spices and salt.

3. Stir until smooth.

4. For the filling carrots grind in a blender the garlic through a press and processed cheese grate on a fine grater. Mix everything carefully. For convenience, the cheese you can put in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

5. From potato mass to make flat cakes, put a little of the stuffing and form patties.

6. Zrazy roll in flour or breadcrumbs.

7. Heat in a pan a small amount of vegetable oil, reduce heat and spread noodles.

8. Fry until Golden brown on both sides.
