What to cook from yesterday's puree Thin pancakes If you are tired of sweet pancakes, and dranics to cook laziness, then thin pancakes with potatoes and some salty filling will be a wonderful hearty breakfast. Especially if the puree is already there, it will remain to mix the ingredients and roast pancakes in the pan. Pancakes are prepared quickly, and, unlike dranics, they can be fried without oil, which will make the dish more filling and useful.



The ingredients
  • 300g mashed
  • 250g flour
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 teeth. Garlic
  • salt
  • 20g green


Preparation
  1. Mix the puree with the milk. Add eggs, flour and salt the mixture. Mix dough to uniformity, you can use a blender and pour into the dough 5 tbsp. l. sunflower oil.
  2. Peel the garlic and run it through the press. Add the garlic to the dough and heat the pan.
  3. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil and put dough on it. Roast the pancakes from each side to the ruddy crust. Serve pancakes with greens and sour cream. Bon appetit.





Before frying pancakes, it is better to give the dough to stand for 10-20 minutes. So all the ingredients will come together and the pancakes will not break. Filling for such pancakes can come up with a variety: delicious to eat hot potato pancakes with grated cheese or ham. You can add green onions and greens there or stuff with fried mushrooms with onions.

Potatoes are cooked in Ukraine, Poland, Belarus. This is a potato cutlet stuffed with any filling: minced meat, mushrooms, fish and other fillings. They say that the perfect brew is prepared with freshly made mashed potatoes, but with yesterday they are quite good.

  • 500g mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 onion
  • 500g mince
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • chili


Preparation
  1. In mashed, add flour, eggs and salt. If the puree is salty, do not add salt. Stir the dough well until uniform.
  2. Onions shallowly cube and roast in the pan until transparent. Then put the mince in the pan to your taste. Roast the minced onions in the pan for 15 minutes.
  3. 5 minutes before ready salty and peppery filling. Let the mince chill.
  4. To prevent dough from sticking to your hands, put a bowl of cold water on the table to wet your hands. Divide the dough into equal parts and each ball is flattened in the hand, then add minced meat and form pranks.
  5. Crash your eyes in breadcrumbs and roast in a frying pan without oil until a golden crispy crust for about 2 minutes on each side.





Zraz can be cooked with different fillings, but it is with minced meat that they turn out tender and hearty. Breaded breadcrumbs are not necessary, you can roast the eyes without them. Serve it with sour cream or tomato sauce.

Salted bay cake is prepared easier than simple, and most importantly - potatoes will not be wasted. When you need to quickly cook a hearty lunch, this recipe will come in handy.

  • 300g mashed
  • 500ml kefir
  • 250g champignon
  • 200g onions
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder


Preparation
  1. Cut the onions with a small cube and roast in a heated pan.
  2. Cut the champignons with plates and roast along with the onions until the liquid evaporates. Sprinkle and pepper the filling and mix it with mashed potatoes.
  3. In a deep bowl mix 3 eggs, salt and sugar. Add kefir and vegetable oil to the eggs.
  4. Ask for flour and add to the liquid ingredients along with the baking powder. You can use soda.
  5. Stir the dough with a spoon until homogeneous and pour half the dough into a baking form lubricated with vegetable oil.
  6. Put the stuffing on top and fill the remaining half of the dough. Distribute the dough evenly over the filling and send to the oven heated to 180 g for 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden sword or toothpick, the main thing is that the dough is baked in the middle.





To spend less time on cooking, you can make such pancakes with a hex. And in general, the brew cake is good because any leftover food from yesterday is used, and they turn into a completely new appetizing dish.
