ROLI has released available a piano with rubber buttons
British startup Roli has released a new version of its synthesizer with rubber coating: it's slightly smaller and much more affordable. Seaboard Rise was created as the portable version of the instrument Seaboard Grand, released a few years ago. The product has only 25 keys — Roli calls them "kawanami" because they really look like the waves on the black surface; at the same time, the smallest iteration of its "big brother" has 37 keys.
Due to the smaller size of the synth will cost you only $ 800, which is much cheaper than the most affordable version of Grand (1999 dollars), especially if you are not professional.
