Healthy Breakfast in a hurry — guaranteed! Very tasty and healthy.

You will need:

2 bananas

5 dates

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp of carob or cocoa

1 Cup of almond milk or just a glass of water

Mix all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous mass. Enjoy!
