Ear of trout in Finnish
I'm sure many have heard about the recipe Finnish fish soup of red fish with cream. Not many tried this dish, I think... Today I want to lift the veil of secrecy and tell the recipe of the soup in Finnish. Same!

1. Cut the trout fillet portion. The remains of the head, abdomen, fins pour a small amount of water (to cover the fish 2-3 cm) and cook on small fire. Shortly before readiness, add salt, Bay leaf and pepper. Strain the broth.
2. Potatoes cut into cubes, carrots grate, chop onion. Add all this in the fish broth and cook over medium heat. Sirloin trout clean from skin and bones and cut into small pieces.
3. When the potato is ready, add chicken and cream to soup, boil for a few minutes. Sprinkle with greens and serve. published
