In the processing of wood waste will inevitably accumulate in the form of sawdust and shavings. Just throw them a pity, because the sawdust can be reused and fuel. Of course they can be burned in a conventional furnace or fireplace, but more interest they can present for special furnace for sawdust.
Such furnaces are of different sizes, often as fixed. However, there is a portable option that will suit some purposes, farms, and camping trips.
We will focus on how from simple tin cans, sawdust, and some unsophisticated widely available devices to make a light a portable stove for cooking in the field.
To do this, take a tin can with a wide lid.
Cover is not required. In the bottom making the hole with a diameter of approximately 20 mm. This size should be smaller than the diameter of the pipe or other cylindrical rod, which is required for the formation of holes in the gasket opencobol the stove.
Then the Bank is stuffed with sawdust, previously inserted in the center of a cylindrical object, in this case the polypropylene tube. The gasket is very tight. Portable stove for sawdust is almost ready!
After stuffing the pipe is withdrawn, and if done correctly, the hole in the sawdust remains.
Thus is formed a channel for the flow of air during the burning of fuel. However, to ensure the passage of air through the hole in the bottom still need to make a stand. It can be made of steel wire.
Bends the piece of wire in the shape of a triangle. For connection of the ends will be a rectangle out of sheet metal.
Connect the wire ends that way.
It remains to bend the vertices of the triangle and stand for a portable furnace for sawdust ready.
Here actually and everything, the stove may be working. But for convenience it would be nice to find some bars, which you can install the dishes.
It is convenient to use a stove in tandem.
Tests show that the stove works well and copes with its task.
After combustion of sawdust, a large part remains inside the housing of the portable stove on the sawdust, but some part of the ash can fall through the bottom hole. So use this oven only on noncombustible surfaces, sand or earth so as not to cause a fire under the bottom of the housing.
