Cannoli — thin tube of fried, very crispy dough stuffed with cream of ricotta with candied fruit and pieces of dark chocolate. Dessert with a long history, originally prepared at the Carnival in the area of Palermo, and it is possible (although not historically proven) were a symbol of fertility.

- orange – 200 g
- ricotta cheese – 450 g

HOW TO COOK

Knead the dough from flour, sugar, wine, and a pinch of salt. Shape into a ball and leave it for 1 hour, wrapped in a napkin.
