Smart cake without the hassle: just mix everything and pour into the pan!
Smart cake — the perfect recipe cakes for busy women. There is no need to separately prepare cake souffle and cream. Simply mix everything and pour into pan. The dish itself will be what it should be. How to do it — read on.
Let's start with the ingredients
The cake itself comes out quite cheap. Judge for yourself. We need:
— 1 liter of milk
— 7-8 eggs
— 320 g of sugar
— 200 g flour
— package (250 g) of butter
— 2 tablespoons of water
— powdered sugar for topping and vanilla for flavor

First try to cook a cake with half the portions. If something does not work, you will have another opportunity to redo it. Although we somehow think that everything will turn out right the first time!
How to mix dough
Begin by melting the butter and leave to cool to room temperature. Next, separate the whites from the yolks (put the whites in the fridge).
Then start whisking the egg yolks with the sugar and water until a white mass. At this stage you can add vanillin. A thin stream pour the melted butter.
Prepare the flour. To saturate it with oxygen, sift 3 times.
Now add the flour into the whipped mass. Take it slow and portions add milk (milk should be warm but not hot).
And now remove the whites, whisk until stiff (whites, add a pinch of salt). And gradually incorporate the protein mass in our dough. Clumping is normal. Do not worry. Stir slowly so that the dough is airy.
And pour our mix in a baking pan greased with butter (you can optionally sprinkle with flour or cover with parchment paper). Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 80 minutes. Give the cake to cool at room temperature and then put in the fridge for an hour. Latest at will, but becomes the most delicious cake in the morning, ate was prepared in the evening. Can also to decorate it, sprinkle with powder, cut into various shapes.

- Instead of butter you can use margarine. Experiments have shown that the taste is not affected.
- Try to eat not warm. Cake maturing in the fridge, will find its true taste.
- You can add coconut to the batter and instead of water, rum, cognac, liqueur.
- If you have an electric oven — for baking 45 minutes.
- Try to use a non-detachable form for baking.
- Sometimes when baking this cake may form a crack. This is rare and the cause by far is difficult to determine. So just in case, we recommend you to use the technique as when baking cheesecakes: at the bottom of the pan put a bowl of water, and the last 15-20 minutes cover the cake with foil. However in this case, layers may be formed not three, but two cake and cream.
