How to cook tuna TARTAR

The tuna tartare is a Simple recipe that will not take You much time. Only 10 minutes and you're done! Ingredients 2 servings
  • 300g tuna fillet
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • a few sprigs of cilantro and green onions
  • black pepper




Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until Golden brown.

Slice the tuna fillet large side, about 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl.

Add sesame seeds and finely chopped cilantro (a little more) and green onions (a little less).

If you don't like cilantro, you can use parsley.

Connect the soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil, add ginger, grated on a fine grater, and whisk with a fork to mix well.

Pour the dressing into a bowl and stir until it enveloped every piece of tuna fillet. Marinate the tartare is not necessary, it can be directly spread on plates: this is more convenient to use a culinary ring.

Season the tartare freshly ground black pepper and serve soon.
