Recipe in a hurry: a baguette with vegetables and cheese

A very simple appetizer in a hurry. Recommended!

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette
  • 150 ml tomato sauce/ketchup(I have a home of yellow tomatoes)
  • 5-6 St/l ol oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 150 g of cheese type feta/adygeyskogo or the like which
  • 1 Chile
  • 1 onion
  • herbs to taste
Replacing the cheese with tofu you get a wonderful vegan version of the dish!
 

How to prepare:

1. Baguette cut by 70% in pieces(not dorezaya to the end of the 30%).

2. Onion, Chile and garlic finely chopped, pepper cut into small cubes. Cheese slice or grate on a coarse grater.

3. Between each slices of baguette to spread it with ketchup, onion, garlic, chilli and pepper, fill with cheese and herbs.

Sprinkle oil, salt and pepper to taste.

4. Put the baguette on a baking sheet with parchment and send in a preheated 200C oven for 20-30 minutes until the baguette will not become Golden, and the aroma is incredible.

Serve as an appetizer with wine or just for dinner!
