Sergey Kovalev: the crisis is not somewhere out there, but entirely in the minds and souls of people
“Wherever one can live, one can live well.”
M. Aurelius
“... if you can do that... ?
S. Kovalev
“The value of something to a person is determined by the ratio of its (something) value to the price that has to be paid...”
I do not want to prophesy, but it seems that all the salt and essence of the current situation, which has come at once to all the calluses of poor humanity, can be quite expressed by an old, rather famous anecdote.
“When will it get better?” people once asked Armenian radio, a mythical but horribly authoritative news agency. “It was better!” he said in reply.
Yes, now it is impossible to hide: the vastness of our country (and why there is a country: the whole world!) imperiously appeared a total crisis. Almost everything that previously seemed unshakable. Spirituality, morality, culture... But most of all (and worst of all) it manifested itself in the political and economic sphere. About the first later, but as for the second, it seems that the notorious “fat” years were replaced by “skinny” years (and perhaps for a long time). And about well-fed (and, by the way, rather meaningless) prosperity, we will all have to forget for a while. As they say, “not to fat, I would live.”
I wanted to (and still want to) live happily ever after. Is it possible, as they say here and now? Oddly enough, yes. Absolutely and unconditionally. But not through financial manipulation, but solely through the psychotherapy of crisis situations.
Do you know why the Chinese character "crisis" has two meanings: "crash" and "new opportunities"? Because everything is determined by what state (yes, exactly the state, and often psychological) a person is in a critical situation: the Victim or the Creator. That's the secret. Not complicated, but indisputable. In times of crisis, when Victims are experiencing life’s wreckage, Creators create and use new opportunities.
Do you want to be a Creator? It's not gonna work! Well, it will not work, because even Paganini himself would not be able to harmoniously and harmoniously play the upset violin into which our psyche has now turned.
After all, the crisis is not somewhere out there, but entirely inside: the minds and souls of people. Who (people), being in complete disorder, attributed catastrophic meanings and meanings to everything that happens.
How we deal with other people’s problems
Communication should be equal.
Although it can be said in another way: they are in a mental disorder, because they attributed catastrophic meanings and meanings to what is happening. It is absolutely impossible to get rid of such catastrophism consciously, no matter how much you try to assure yourself of the well-being of everyone, everything and everything. Because the only true crisis (the one that, let me remind you, is purely psychological) has penetrated so deeply into our unconscious (terrible, by the way, trusting and shy), that it is absolutely impossible to extract and expel it from there without special psychotherapy. That’s probably all. published.
