This dish definitely will like all fans of burgers! < patties of minced meat with cheese , a delicious and crunchy, have a presentable appearance and harmonious taste - nothing superfluous.

meatballs from farshaIngredienty 500 g mince any 2 onions 1 egg 100 g sour cream 100 g salt and pepper to taste green
Preparation One onion peel and chop. Mix minced meat with onions and egg, add salt and pepper to taste. Form small cake of minced meat , and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
The second bulb Clean and shall cut into thin rings. Each cake smazh sour cream, top with a few onion rings and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Put the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes. Grate cheese , sprinkle them meatballs and send bake for another 5-7 minutes.
