What can replace eggs?

What can replace the cheese and cottage cheese?
Grated cheese can be replaced with nutritional yeast flakes (Nutritional Yeast Flakes). With spicy cheese and nutty flavor, they are rich in vitamins B (often producers also added to B12), folic acid and zinc - in a word, the most necessary vitamins for vegans. Nutritional yeast - a natural product that is grown from Saccharomycescerevisiae strains. They are cultivated in a mixture of cane and beet molasses and are inactive. After completion of the fermentation process, the yeast is collected, carefully washed and dried. Take note that they are not recommended to heat above 100 degrees, as they may lose their useful properties.

Cottage cheese in cheesecakes can be replaced with tofu.



Cream cheese (Philadelphia type) can be replaced by alternatives nut - for example, from raw cashews. Here is the recipe:
1 cup cashew nuts (soaked overnight in water) + 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste) + 1 tbsp. l. nutritional yeast + ΒΌ of a cup of water + juice of one lime + salt and pepper to taste. We throw all in a blender and ready!

What can replace milk, yogurt and butter?
