It often happens that in the evening there is no strength or time to cook complicated dishes for dinner. You want something tasty and easy, but it does not stand at the stove for an hour.

We offer you a selection of recipes that can be prepared in just 20 minutes.

Noodles with shrimp in a sauce of avocado


You will need:

2 ripe avocados
¾ cup of spinach
¼ cup lime juice
2 tbsp. l.
olive oil 1 clove of garlic
1 h. L. salt
¼ h. Liter. ground black pepper
370 g of whole wheat pasta from

400 g peeled shrimp
2 tbsp. l. chopped cilantro

Preparation:

Cream of cauliflower


You will need:

1 kg cauliflower
2 egg yolks
30 g of cheese on serving
70 g butter
100 g cream
200 g milk
salt, pepper

Preparation:

Divide the cabbage washed into florets, put in a pot of salted water and cook for 10 minutes.

2 eggs

1-2 tbsp. l. olive oil

Preparation:
