Seeds of pumpkin (! Uncooked) - ½ cup;
Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp .;
Linseed oil cold pressed - 2 tbsp .;
Lemon juice - 1 of sht.srednego size;
Honey - 2 tbsp .;
Black salt - 1 tsp .;
Sea salt - ½ tsp .;
Mustard powder - 1 tsp .;
Ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp .;
Asafoetida powder - 1/3 tsp .;
Drinking water - 1, 5-2 cups

Soak both types of seeds 5 hours, it is better - at night
. Laying the ingredients and 1, 5 cups of water in a high speed blender.
Twist at high speed for 2-3 minutes and assess consistency.
Our goal - thick, creamy liquid. If necessary, add the remaining water.
