3 tablespoons of ground flax seed

1 cup grated carrots

1 cup sunflower seeds, ground in a coffee grinder

1/2 cup finely chopped celery petiolar

6 tablespoons finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet pepper

1/2 tsp salt

All properly mix hands to stick cutlets, dry in a dehydrator 6-8 hours
