Syroedchesky OLIVIER






Useful interpretation of the traditional salad "Olivier" for raw foodists. Our "Olivier" healthy and tasty!

Raw mayonnaise:
1 cup cashews (pre-soak for 2 hours)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger

salt garlic
lemon juice
living water
Capers 3-4 pcs.

All components mix in a blender.

salad Base:
Fresh cucumbers
Avocado
Carrots
Apple
Green peas (frozen, pre-defrost :-)
Dill
Chives

Cut foods into cubes, season with raw mayonnaise, stir and ready to be served!
