The juice of pears and mandarin and ginger
Ingredients:
• 1 soft pear
• 2 mandarin or clementine peeled
• 2, 5cm first piece of fresh ginger
• Cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Using the juicer or any other way you want to squeeze the juice from citrus fruits and ginger, then skip pear.
2. Gently mix the juice, while maintaining foam.
3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle a little cinnamon.
Notice:
You can add a portion of your favorite bourbon, gin or vodka and turn the juice into a cocktail. Garnish with cinnamon stick or a sprig of rosemary.
