Spicy pumpkin ice cream from The Gracious Pantry.
In October, it would be desirable not so much as in the peak summer flight of the thermometer, but during the overheated dance this version better than the street cool. Recipe by Tiffany does not use sugar, marking its presence in the pumpkin and generally in all fruits and vegetables. But fans delicacies recommends using 1/3 cup maple syrup to emphasize and add spice autumn shades.

Ingredients:
The flesh of pumpkin (1 cup);
4 bananas (previously frozen for a couple of hours in the freezer);
Cinnamon (teaspoon);
Ground ginger (half a teaspoon);
Nutmeg (a pinch);
Ground cloves (pinch).
Method:
Beat in a blender puree of pumpkin (1 cup) and 4 secondary cold banana.
The resulting mixture, add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and ground cloves and mix again.
Leave in the freezer for 24 hours and can dance.
