At the age of 41, Carolyn Hartz was delivered pre-diabetic diagnosis. The reason is that a woman is very sweet and loves all his life to lean on chocolate, cakes and other goodies. After the verdict of doctors Caroline had to revise their culinary preferences.

Over the past 27 years she prepares pastries exclusively with xylitol, a natural sweetener, and even published a book "Baking without sugar", which contains recipes tasty and healthy dessert.
