Tortilla with potatoes and onions: the most popular breakfast in a Spanish bar!

Tortilla is very similar to our scrambled eggs, but not simple, and filled, as that can serve virtually any vegetables: mushrooms, bell pepper, cheese, tomatoes, potatoes, spinach. Ingredients:

2 eggs; 1 potato; 1/2 onion; 1 tbsp. l. olive oil; salt and pepper to taste. Preparation:

1. we will cut the potatoes and fry it in a pan on low heat for about 15 minutes, that was not brown. In the middle of cooking add to the potatoes finely chopped onion.

2. Vzbey 2 eggs in a bowl, add the finished potatoes and onions (if the oil in the potato lot better to let him drain). Stir and lightly mash the potatoes with a fork.

3. In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil, pour the eggs with potatoes and immediately reduce the heat to medium. Three minutes later diminish to weakest and fire away for about three minutes.

4. Gently with a spatula and flip tortilla plate to the other side and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

5. Ready meals verify toothpick.
