6. Add to the hodgepodge sliced cucumbers and olives, pour 1/2 cup of brine from the cucumber.
7. salt and pepper. Chop herbs and add to the dish. Vary more minutes 5.
8. Cover and let stand for a while. Before serving, put sour cream and a slice of lemon.
