Croquettes, stuffed pasta
Ingredients for meatballs:
1, 4 kg of ground beef
1 onion
1 tbsp. l. chopped parsley
1 h. L. minced garlic
2 eggs
1 h. L. salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese (or any other hard cheese)
1 tbsp. l. Worcestershire sauce
For the sauce:
1 (about 800 grams) of tomato sauce
1 (about 800 grams) of canned peeled tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 h. L. minced garlic
1 h. L. salt
a pinch of pepper
6 chopped basil leaves
1 h. L. dried oregano
Also, you will need:
1 package spaghetti
mozzarella
On medium heat, cook the sauce: in olive oil add chopped garlic, tomato paste and peeled canned tomatoes (previously frayed). Bring to a boil and add the basil, salt, pepper and a pinch of oregano. Mix and leave on low heat for a few minutes.
Cook the spaghetti to the state of "al dente", then mix them with half the sauce.
In a large bowl put the minced meat, add chopped onion, parsley, garlic, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and Worcestershire sauce
Knead
Divide the resulting minced 2 ball
In one of the balls to make small indentation and lay in his spaghetti, covering the remaining minced
