  • 1 package spaghetti based on 4 servings
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 1 hour. l. minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. tomatoes, basil milled
  • 1 hour. l. salt
  • 1 hour. l. dried oregano
  • a pinch of red pepper

    Ingredients for minced meat
    • 1 kg of ground beef
    • half the bulbs
    • 1 tbsp. l. chopped parsley
    • 1 hour. l. minced garlic
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 hour. l. salt
    • 0, 5, Art. breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 Art. grated hard cheese

      1. Prepare the spaghetti as usual. Also, prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a saucepan on the fire: 1/4 Art. olive oil, 1 tbsp. tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. tomatoes, milled with basil, salt, oregano, red pepper and garlic.
      2. A glass of tomato sauce ready to add the spaghetti. Add to stuffing chopped raw onion, chopped parsley, egg, garlic, grated cheese and salt.
