Serves 2 (in parentheses replacement options):
1 medium or 2 small courgettes (zucchini or radishes, daikon)

Sauce:
~ 1/2 cup walnuts (almonds, pine, hazelnut, Brazil, or a mixture is also good)
~ 1 bunch basil (Cilantro. You can add the parsley, dill, cilantro or basil but desirable for spices!)
~ 1-2 cloves of garlic
~ 2 tablespoons of olive oil (walnut oil, sesame oil, etc. Not linseed and sunflower are not cheap - otherwise the taste will be an amateur)
~ 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and lime better
~ Water - about 1, 2 cups, prepare, but will still add to the eye :)
~ Salt, freshly ground pepper, oregano, or a mixture of dried herbs (olive, Italian or to your taste)
The easiest way to make the sauce - throw all the ingredients in a processor. But let's take a more refined taste and cook everything separately, the time it will add except that a couple of minutes, and the result is quite different.
Step 1. We throw nuts to combine (harvester is not a blender! With nuts can handle very heavy type blender or Vitamix Blendteka and the like). Grind, but a large grain kernels dozhna survive.

Step 5. To make spaghetti of zucchini, you can use an ordinary float better - grater for Korean carrot, and best - buy here is a knife for Korean carrot. For spectacularly decorated dishes, you can use a ring mold for salad (similar to a round jar without a bottom), rekomednuyu diameter of 7-8 cm.
