Pizza oven. Pizza oven.
In one of the TV shows on Italy learned that the real Italian pizza - a pizza, cooked in the oven on the coals. I spent a lot of time looking for instructions for creating such a furnace.
1. From the stone and grout making foundation, with a height of a dining table. Top of the foundation laid with 2 cast iron stove plates (can be replaced with refractory bricks).
2. Make the roof (without the expert is not treated).
3. On the foundation set up a sandbag.
4. Mesim clay feet, pour a little sand. There also need to add a bit of straw. (Straw we did not have - added reeds).
and begin to mold.
5. From the board made the door, but it is advisable to book in metal.
6. Knead and modeling started at 12:00 finished at 23:30 (distracted by the door manufacturer).

7. On the morning of the bag escaped.
8. The oven does not dry out less than a month, and finally tasted the pizza and focaccia cake.
A few months later she is still completely dry out, and gave a small shrinkage. We had somewhere in the 1-cm increase by opening the door.
This oven for 5 years. Pizza really excellent.
The top photo is no pan on the coals! Underneath the metal stand from the microwave oven.
