The vessel was built by Jinling Shipyard in Nanjing on request from the French company FRET / Cetam, a subsidiary of Louis Dreyfus Armateurs (LDA), and the Norwegian company Leif Hoegh. "Airbus' charters him for transport of large parts of the A380 with its plants located in the UK, Germany, France and Spain, the French port of Bordeaux.



The next step is specially designed barge will transport these units along the river Garonne from Bordeaux to Langone. Hence, the final phase of the trailers will deliver them to the final assembly line in Toulouse.
