Excursion to the confectionery factory (40 photos)
Steep hike in the confectionery factory.
1. The Lions have long been famous for its coffee houses and "Tsukernya" - confectionery. Therefore, it was especially pleasant to touch history and traditions - to get to one of the oldest confectionery enterprises in Ukraine - factory "Svitoch».
Situated Weaving, 10, Lviv factory "Svitoch" - the oldest confectionery company in Ukraine. And, although the brand "Svitoch" appeared only in the Soviet times, its history, the company is a distant 1882. Since the 60s of the last century the word "Svitoch" gradually became a sign of quality and long chocolate tradition of Lviv to the entire population of the Soviet Union.
2. When you get to the factory, immediately after the entrance you see here is a graffiti: "On the security you need to remember from January to December!". Occupational health and safety in the "Svitoch" especially revered. I think you will see this later ...
3. After a brief introduction of all visitors to the factory reliable outfits - we got crisp white robes, mesh caps, shoe covers and earplugs. Before you go directly to the production of each can independently monitor compliance with its appearance with the standards of the enterprise, looking in a large mirror (the inscription which reads: "This man is responsible for the safety, sanitation and hygiene. Overalls.") And comparing their equipment with gear icon next full-length workers of different positions.
4. The first production, for which we got - production line of chocolates from the series "Desserts palette" of milk and white chocolate.
5. Journalists from our team as soon as "scattered" in the shop, busily photographing and undisturbed production workers.
6. A worker wearing gloves sorts freshly candy.
7. Candy pending process wrapper "float" on the conveyor line. Fallen candy demonstrate their "insides" of dark chocolate.
8. And here is the packing tape - the bottom picture - yum already wrapped. All the noise and moves (see video at the bottom of the post)
9. packed candies on conveyor fall into the boxes, after which they were weighed on an electronic balance.
10. And here is the finished product - Weighted candy "Coconut Cream" from the series "Desserts Palette».
11. After that, we go to the next shop ...
12. By the way, at the entrance to each new production immediately come across signs demanding "Wash your hands!».
13. hygiene in the factory strictly - all constantly fail and wash their hands and treat them disinfectant. Do not know whether this is good for the skin of hands, but hygiene - above all.
14. The next production - production line wafer "Svitoch Artek", the taste of which is likely since childhood familiar to most of our readers.
15. Waffles "Artek" - the most popular product in stock factory "Svitoch". In the photo: worker rejects just baked wafer sheets.
16. Traditional waffles "Svitoch Artek" began producing at the Lviv confectionery factory back in the mid 60-ies of the last century, and they soon became a classic.
17. Wine still warm waffles. Asked by journalists, has not bothered to try any other products, shop workers responded: "Well, we have to do this ...»
18. Very impressed view of wafer pallet.
19. Packed in foil load Artek waiting for their turn to slitting and packaging.
20. Each stack - label.
21. When the time comes - factory worker takes the next layer of the stack ...
22. ... and sends it to the conveyor.
23. The machine cuts the layer into small wafers ...
24. ... and packs ...
25. A factory worker can only be expanded Artek packed into boxes.
26. In today's assortment of "Svitoch Artek" only two time-tested positions: classic and nutty flavors that remain unchanged over the years.
27. But the packaging of wafers in a year as new - modern metallic, so the taste and freshness of the product lasts longer, which is important for a product such as waffles. Pay attention to the "multi-format" products - packaging for every appetite.
28. Update the package - this is part of a major project of the company "Nestle" to improve brand products "Svitoch". Lviv factory joined a group of companies in 1998, which gave access to the world production experience and improvement. Since then, much has been done. For example, in 2009, conducted a full restart of the confectionery business. In recent years, significantly increased the level of consumer loyalty to the brand, and in 2010 dramatically increased sales growth - by as much as 37 percent. And this is only a small recent achievements of the company and the brand.
29. Moving on ... On the stairs here and there hang bright posters: "Going up the stairs - hold on to the railing!" "Do not talk on a cell phone!". Seems to me, a character with a red pictures screams into space «Hell !!! OOOh! »But the journalist in the background does not hold on to the railing, though on a cell in the process of not talking. A ladder, it should be noted, is quite steep ...
30. "Do not forget about safety!". Moving along the long corridors of the factory passed the whole exhibition of children's drawings. Could not ignore such a masterpiece! :))) I think the genius of the author outgrowth cartoons.
31. And here we get to the next production - then make candy truffles.
32. In the photo: factory employee working on the assembly line for the production of chocolates "Zoryane Syayvo».
33. On the wall - a table with the basic rules of hygiene:

35. Generally course work on the assembly line - monotone and monotonous. Around worth the noise. Apparently so almost all the workers that we met Confectionery looked pretty bleak. While we, the Slavs, not very much respect the smile is not the case.
36. Imagine the work shift - a few hours on your feet, during which you want to roll a shovel svezheotlitye warm chocolate in the crushed wafers.
37. And while roll need not somehow, and correctly. All products have to meet the standards, so at different stages of production runs sensory evaluation.
38. Judging by what they write on the internet nostalgic citizens in the Soviet Union with Svitoch massively stolen. Today the company with this strictly, but all employees are entitled to a monthly purchase products factory cost a certain amount.
