Situated Weaving, 10, Lviv factory "Svitoch" - the oldest confectionery company in Ukraine. And although the brand "Svitoch" appeared only in the Soviet period, the company leads its history from the distant 1882. Since the 60s of the last century the word "Svitoch" has gradually become a sign of quality and long chocolate tradition of Lviv for the entire population of the Soviet Union.

2. When you get to the factory, immediately after the entrance you see here is the graffiti: "About the security you need to remember from January to December!". Occupational Health and Safety to "Svitoch" especially revered. I think you will see that later ...

3. After a brief introduction of all visitors to the factory outfitted reliably - we got crisp white bathrobes, mesh caps, shoe covers and earplugs. Before you get directly to the production of each can independently monitor the compliance of his appearance with the standards of the enterprise, looking in a large mirror (the inscription which reads: "This man is responsible for security, sanitation and hygiene. Overalls.") And comparing their equipment with gear icon next to the full length of employees of different positions.

4. The first production, for which we got - production line of chocolates from the series "Dessert Palette" of milk and white chocolate.

5. Journalists from our team as soon as "scattered" on the shop floor, busily photographing the undisturbed production and workers.

6. A worker wearing gloves sorts freshly candy.

7. candy wrappers in anticipation of "float" on a conveyor line. Fallen candy demonstrate their "insides" of dark chocolate.

8. Here packing tape - the bottom of the picture - in the candy wrapper. All the noise and moves (watch the video at the bottom of the post)

9. packed candies on conveyor fall into the boxes, after which they were weighed on electronic scales.

10. And here is the finished product - Weighted candy "Coconut Cream" from the series "Dessert Palette".

11. After that, we go to the next shop ...

12. By the way, at the entrance to each new production immediately come across signs demanding "Wash your hands!".

13. With a factory strict hygiene - all constantly fail and wash their hands and treat them disinfectant. I do not know whether this is good for the skin of hands, but hygiene - above all.

14. The next production - line for the production of wafers "Svitoch Artek", the taste of which, probably since childhood familiar to many

15. Waffles "Artek" - the most popular product in stock factory "Svitoch." In the photo: the employee rejects the newly baked wafer sheets.

16. Traditional waffles "Svitoch Artek" started to produce in the Lvov confectionery factory back in the mid 60-ies of the last century, and they soon became a classic.

17. Wine still warm waffles. Asked by journalists, has not bothered to try any other products, shop workers said, "Well, we have to do this ...»

18. Very impressed view of the wafer pallet.

19. The film is packed in a cargo Artek waiting for their turn to porezku and packaging.

20. Each stack - label.

21. When the time comes - factory worker takes the next layer of the stack ...

22. ... and sends it to the conveyor.

23. The machine cuts the reservoir into small wafers ...

24. ... and packs ...

25. A factory worker can only be expanded by Artek packed boxes.

26. In today's range "Svitoch Artek" only two time-tested positions: classic and nutty flavors that remain unchanged over the years.

27. But at the packaging of wafers a year as a new - modern metallic, so the taste and freshness of the product lasts longer, which is important for a product such as waffles. Pay attention to the "multi-format" of products - packaging for every appetite.

28. Update the package - this is part of a large-scale project of the company "Nestle" to improve the product brand "Svitoch." Lviv factory joined a group of companies in 1998, which gave access to the production of global experience and improvement. Since then, much has been done. For example, in 2009, we had a full restart of the confectionery business. In recent years, significantly increased the level of customer loyalty to the brand, and in 2010, sales growth has risen sharply - by as much as 37 percent. And this is only a small recent achievements of the company and the brand.

29. Moving on ... On the stairs here and there hang colorful banners: "Going up the stairs - hold on to the railing!" "Do not talk on a cell phone!". For me, a character with a red pictures screams into space «Hell !!! OOOh! »But the journalist in the background does not hold the railing, though on a cell in the process of not talking. A ladder, it should be noted, is quite steep ...

30. "Do not forget about safety!". Going through the long corridors of the factory, we passed an entire exhibition of children's drawings. Could not ignore such a masterpiece! :))) I think the genius of the author outgrowth cartoons.

31. And here we get to the next production - then make candy truffles.

32. In the photo: factory employee working on the assembly line for the production of chocolates "Zoryane Syayvo."

33. On the wall - a table with the basic rules of hygiene:

1. If the cold - let me know about this change coordinator. 2. No decorations, invoices and painted nails, mobile phones, music players. 3. Do not eat the food and drink in the production.

1. Wear protective clothing! 2. Wash your hands! 3. Remove the workplace.

34. Dear workers! On the bonus system (bonus) affected by the following parameters:

1. The quality of semi-finished and finished products. 2. Reduction of waste at the site. 3. Safety. 4. Proper cleaning and stripping. 6. Saving energy. 7. Loss of etiquette.

Please follow up on these points.

35. Generally course work on the assembly line - a monotone and monotonous. All around is the noise. Apparently so almost all of the workers that we met in the confectionery industry looked pretty bleak. While we, the Slavs, not very much respect the smile is not the case.

36. Imagine a shift - a few hours on your feet, during which you need to roll a shovel svezheotlitye warm chocolate in the crushed wafers.

37. Nor roll need not somehow, as well. All products have to meet the standards, so at different stages of production takes sensory evaluation.

38. Judging by what they write on the internet nostalgic citizens in the Soviet Union with Svitoch massively stolen. Today the company with the strict, but all employees are entitled to a monthly purchase products factory cost a certain amount.

39. A machine meanwhile molds candy truffles ...

40. Another series of warm sweet ... By the way, the average person per year on average consumes 5, 5 kg of chocolate. Thus 15% of women in the world of chocolate eaten each day.
