In Russia, there were 36 million cars. Rounded down (there are garages, and ride only on weekends, most of the time in services): 20 million.
Suppose each spends on the roads during daylight hours 0.5-1 hours on weekdays and on weekends does not go (back down): eg an average of 0.5 hours each day.

It is reported 80% of the energy generator (generator efficiency 80%). That is, the generator is informed 360 * 1.25 = 450kDzh.
