Siberian Victor

Sometimes it seems that the days are long gone hermits and civilization fully absorbed the modern man. Comes to mind except that Lykov family, but they escaped into the forest of Stalinist repression in the days when the world was very different, and the man was not so much cut off from the earth and nature.
Once Victor, refusing to give his name, was working on a barge in the Krasnoyarsk river port, but at age 47 decided that the modern world is steeped in vanity and vice, not for him. Then he dropped everything and went away in a remote Siberian forest to seek solitude and harmony. There he settled in a small hut on the bank of the Yenisei River, which for ten years is the home of a hermit. His days he spends in the daily household chores, reading the Bible and contemplate nature. Sustenance it is fish, which is rich in the Yenisei, mushrooms and berries growing in the local woods. Return to civilization, he does not intend to.
