Ingredients:

For the dough:
Milk - 200 ml.
Egg - 3 pcs.
Oil seq. - 100 gr.
Sugar - 100 gr.
Flour - 450-500 gr.
Dry yeast - 7 c. (Fresh 25 gr.)
Salt on the tip of a knife.
Sour cream to lubricate:
Sour cream - 3-4 tablespoons. lodges.
Sugar - 2 ch.lozh.
Butter (melted) - 1 tbsp. lodges.
Flour - 1 st.lozh.
Vanilla on the tip of a knife.

Preparation:

Preheat milk. Eggs and oil should be at room temperature. Dissolve yeast in milk by adding sugar, salt, eggs and oil. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Add the flour and knead a soft dough.
Cover the container and put in a warm place.
The dough should rise well.
A split the dough into small pieces. Each piece shape the ball.
Put on a greased baking tray and push each loaf. Leave the pan in a warm place.
When the buns rise, make an indentation in the center of a small glass.
Prepare for the lubrication of sour cream. To do this, mix all ingredients.
