This building is developing a Boston architectural agency Flansburgh Architects. The project consists in the construction of a modern laboratory for the study of renewable energy technologies.

Unique structure is that it is completely self-sufficient. Autonomy power system, the use of rain water to meet all needs and 100% natural ventilation of 570 square meters of laboratory. The energy generated by solar panels and wind turbines. Filtering allows rainwater to supply drinking water to all the rooms, and solar energy is used for heating of the water supply for buildings and hot water.
