Maxim's parents and his older brother arrived in Volgograd from Saratov region 30 years ago. Adults get to work at the railway station, it was believed that they were lucky, because the agency has promised to employees service housing.

 - Once he tried to take the credit, - says Maxim. - So the girl specialist when she saw the registration, at first did not believe it, then laughed and carried to show my passport around the bank. All the fun from the heart, but the credit I still have not given out, explaining that all this is very doubtful.

Son, Maxim, the little Sergei, to register the place of residence of his father refused. The boy is two years old and seven months, it all fits in a kindergarten, but to take in a group of boys without registration again refused.

Family bacon still hopes to obtain adequate housing. But if once the railroad was given an apartment in the family, now the agency must ensure square meters each adult member of the family - and the three apartments, plus housing for women Rai.

But today, the railway runs just Maxim's mother - and there is no reason not to distribute scarce housing to employees. Especially in the Volga branch of Russian Railways openly questioned the reliability of the station residence 30 years ago.

 - Every year it attracts a commission checks the condition of the building, - continues Maxim. - And if earlier promised to resettle the residents as soon as a decision on the demolition, the last year embellishing station, patched and decided that we can continue to live here. The situation is really absurd: to privatize the room or it can be sold only if it is residential. But the station under this category is clearly misses. And what to do in such cases - the law does not tell.



Yet human rights activists advise Maxim bacon and his family to fight for the right to own home.

 - We understand that neither the young man nor his family missives will not write all of their treatment is only verbal - says a representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Volgograd region Yuri Korzeev. - We are ready to help them understand the problem, but the first step should be to make people themselves trapped in such a non-standard situation.
